me EGO & my ALTER EGO

My Alter Ego is a sculpture I have done with plaster, dried flowers ( a rose and a Marguerite) with the function of two heads. The idea is, to show the different cultures by using letters and quotes from the holy scripts who form clothes. To show the occidental culture and my “official” EGO I used the New Testament and the Marguerite. I used the passage from the gospel according to Matthew where it sais about charity: You have heard that it was said, "Love your neighbor and hate your enemy." But I tell you: Love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be sons of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your brothers, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect. (Matthew 5:43-48) The oriental cultural background of my ALTER EGO I decided to show through a quotation from the holy Koran and a rose as a head. I wrote it in Arabic letters 76.AL-INSÁN There surely came over man a period of time when he was a thing not worth mentioning. Surely We have created man from a small life-germ uniting (itself): We mean to try him, so We have made him hearing, seeing. Surely We have shown him the way: he may be thankful or unthankful. These two quotations complete each other to peace and should give us an advise that charity and the comprehension of human being is necessary. We shouldn't forget, that every human is a human and has the right to be tolerated.
